“I looked at this home just last month and I’m interested in making an offer, how can it be sold already?”

Unfortunately for you, the Knoxville, Tennessee real estate market has never been as bad as you may have been led to believe by the news media

Reading the weekly report from the Knox County Registrar of Deeds in yesterday’s Knoxville News Sentinel I see 132 closed real estate transactions this past week so Knox County real estate is selling and continuing to sell.

If you’ve looked at a potential new Knoxville home for you and your family lately and have an interest, why not make an offer?

Make your offer at whatever price you feel comfortable with, you may be surprised and have a nice, new home for you and your family this Christmas.

Don’t worry about ‘insulting’ a seller with a low offer, some sellers have different motivations than others and many will either take your offer or make you an attractive counter offer back. Either way it could be a win-win for both of you.

An offer is actually a compliment to a seller; it means you found his or her house attractive enough to want to own it and have begun the process.

Here are some of my Knoxville and Farragut sellers that would love to get an offer from you this week.

Virtual tours of all these beautiful home are available at the “Featured Homes” section of www.KnoxvilleHomeCenter.com
