High on a north Knoxville hill overlooking the old Sterchi Farm is Stratford Park, a great, new development of  200 single family homes in the $200s to low 300s.

I toured the development early this morning and got to talk to a couple of builders.

This great looking new home is offered for sale by builder Jimmy Cooper and is priced at $269,900 for 2,450 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths AND a main level master bedroom. Very nicely done inside with solid surface counters, lots of tile and hardwood on the main level and carpeting upstairs.

Going on down the road a bit is this offering by Jim Ealy & Ben Carpenter. It’s not completed yet so they aren’t sure of an exact price but definately under $300,000. I think this is a great price for a great north Knoxville home.
