I believe that we can mutually benefit each other as alot of people are doing what I call the "J" curve move. What that means is simply they live in the north, are tired of the winters, move all the way to Florida, decide its too hot in the summers and they miss the "seasons" so they go 1/2 way back up to Tenn.
